A sniper cruiser that moved from the Soviet tech tree to premium status. Its nine 220 mm guns have flat trajectories and tight groupings, accurately hitting destroyers and cruisers even at the edge of its 13.62 km range. Patch 9.4 cut the reload from 10.5 to 9 s and tightened maximum dispersion, but AP DPM of 63,900 is still 5% below average. 3 charges of Precise Aiming System II and 1 charge of Radar II let it both snipe at range and pressure enemies in smoke. effective HP of 50,660 is 12% above average, outlasting most cruisers, but against battleship AP the limits of cruiser armor are clear. Its biggest weakness is 11.1 km detectability and sluggish 22.37 s acceleration, which make it hard to escape once spotted.
