A British premium carrier based on the Audacious class, featuring carpet bombers that drop AP bombs and very fast tactical torpedo bombers. The bombers drop many bombs per run and score citadels well on thin-skinned cruisers, but its bombing potential is 15% below average. Its regular torpedo bombers have 72% below-average damage potential with wide torpedo spacing, making them hard to rely on. The tactical torpedo bombers are good at getting through AA to cause flooding, but have a long restoration time. The ship has a short 11.4 km detectability for a carrier, but its AA is 20% below average.

The carrier was completed to a substantially altered project and later underwent extensive modernization that allowed her to carry and operate the most advanced deck-based aircraft of the 1950s, including jet aircraft.
