A mobility-focused Japanese premium battleship with a 34.06 kn top speed, 9.6 km torpedoes and Sonar. A 12.3 s rudder and 10.8 km detectability make it nimble and stealthy for a battleship, but its six 457 mm guns fire a 13,380 salvo, 25% below average, and 13.38 km range is short, so it loses gunfights. Up close it relies on Torpedo Reload II (instantly reloads one launcher), but its deep-water torpedoes pass under destroyers, so even when Sonar finds one it is hard to kill. Secondaries are 65% below average, leaving little beyond using its speed to flank and torpedo big ships.

This went beyond the accepted Japanese naval tactics. To increase the speed and turn a project into a true battlecruiser, one of the main turrets could be sacrificed.
