Its 14 s reload puts DPM 15% below average, but its 11,043 AP salvo is 23% above average and dispersion of about 205 m at 10 km is 12% tighter than average. The wiki says it keeps the fast shell velocity and high penetration of Soviet heavy cruiser guns, so every shell counts. Its 12.96 km range, extended by Scout Plane II (+16%), reaches cruiser citadels even at long range, and 43,311 effective HP with four Damage Control charges handles fires and flooding well. However, long 10.56 km detectability and no smoke get it spotted first, and the slow reload makes close brawls unfavorable.
