Mục IX Tuần dương hạm · Nhật Bản
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 4) · Ngư lôi Tuần dương hạm
A Japanese tech-tree cruiser whose main weapon is powerful torpedoes. Its 39,176 torpedo salvo is about double the average (+99%), and 9.6 km range gives a 0.84 km margin over its 8.76 km detectability for launching from hiding. Its fifteen 150 mm guns put out an average 43,560 HE DPM, but a 10 s reload and dispersion 11% wider than average make its real gunnery weak. Its only skill is Air Defense Alert III, with no smoke or detection skills, so it has little to fall back on once spotted, and thin armor gives it poor calculated efficiency in cruiser gunfights. The wiki recommends playing it almost exactly like the previous-tier Shimanto.
