Takahashi
Tier IX · Cruiser · Japan
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 4) · Torpedo cruiser
Torpedo cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper · torpedoes supply 25% of it). A full torpedo spread can deal up to 39,176 (all launchers combined). Torpedo DPM is 57% higher than average. Key skills: Air Defense Alert III ×3. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races.
