A European premium cruiser that is essentially a scaled-up Ragnar, built around a 7.62 km detectability far below the tier-X cruiser average. Its 8.1 km Radar II outranges its detectability, so it can expose destroyers in smoke without being spotted, and 4 single-burst smoke charges help it hide and hold on its own. It fires 152 mm HE every 4.8 s for HE DPM 32% above average and sets fires reliably. Armor is thin, but strong AA and plentiful smoke give it decent survivability for a light cruiser. Rather than burst damage, it is an all-rounder covering stealth, spotting and destroyer hunting, which makes it especially useful in divisions.
