The second ship of the Halland class, a rapid-fire design whose 120 mm guns fire every 1.9 s for 45,853 HE DPM, starting fires 42% more often than average. Its 9.1 km range is shorter than Halland's, but the faster reload suits short-to-mid-range fights. Two charges of 8.1 km Radar II expose destroyers in smoke, and 2 charges of Fuel Smoke plus 4 of Emergency Engine Boost enable hit-and-run, giving it more survival tools than Halland. AA is 126% above average, so carriers can't easily touch it. However, low salvo damage means weak burst. Its torpedoes are fast at 86 kn and patch 9.2 raised their damage from 2,000 to 2,500, but salvo damage is still 25% below average, so they serve as a backup weapon.
