A premium gunboat destroyer based on Khabarovsk with its unique upgrade built in. Its eight 130 mm guns fire every 4.6 s for 49,371 HE DPM, and its salvo is 43% heavier than average. A 42.1 kn top speed is very fast, but a 6.9 s rudder shift and 11.7 s acceleration are sluggish, so it should use its 10.3 km range to fight while opening distance rather than rely on sudden evasion. Rapid Reload II raises reload speed by 30% for 20 s, so timing it on a broadside target gives a big burst. Higher-level smoke and Rapid Reload than the original make it easier to play, but with 7.2 km detectability and only one smoke charge, it must move assuming it will be spotted first.
