Base DPM is 6% below the tier X battleship average, but Rapid Reload III (+50% reload for 15 s) lets it pack salvos into a short window and heavily damage broadside battleships. 3 charges of Engine Accelerator III and a 29.47 kn top speed let it choose its engagement range and disengage easily when the fight turns. Secondary DPM 58% above average adds strong close-range pressure. However, its quad turrets produce wide horizontal dispersion, ~336 m at 12 km (slightly wider than average), and its thin hull plating gets chipped down by cruiser HE.
