A Soviet premium cruiser combining twelve 240 mm guns with air strikes. Its AP and HE salvos are over 30% above average, so each volley hits hard, but the 13.0 s reload puts DPM 12% below average. Its 13.14 km range is on the long side, and per the wiki its acceleration is good for its size, enabling flanking maneuver fights. Air strikes themselves deal modest damage but set fires readily, so combined with main battery fires it can ignite battleships repeatedly. On the other hand, armor is thin and dispersion is 24% wider than average, so at long range it must ration Precise Aiming System II for steady hits.
