The first ship of the Dutch light cruiser line, firing ten destroyer-caliber 128 mm guns every 4.0 s and launching bombers every 38 s. Sigma 3 and about 180 m dispersion at 10 km (19% tighter than average) keep shells tight, and its anti-destroyer firepower is strong enough to take a same-tier destroyer's HP in about 68 s on paper with AP. Its 7.62 km detectability and Engine Boost II make it easy to hide and reposition, and AA is 79% above average. However, its range is a very short 9.42 km, and with 29,723 effective HP and thin armor it melts quickly on the front line. Its bombs scatter widely and only some land.
