Tier VIII · Cruiser · Netherlands
Rating S (Elite within its tier and class · overall score 85) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to AA escort, air scouting, DD hunting. It is especially strong against cruisers (HE deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 2 min on paper). Firing 10 128mm guns every 4 s, it reaches 59,331 HE DPM. Launching aircraft every 38 s lights up enemies behind islands and near smoke, a big scouting asset for the team, and its bomber strikes (20 bombs at 802 each, scattered so only some land) reach targets beyond gun range. 33.6 kn top speed and good turning give it excellent mobility. Key skills: Engine Accelerator II ×2 (top speed +12%, 25 s); Rapid Reload I ×2 (main battery reload +18%, 20 s).

A variant of the design of a German M-class cruiser armed with dual-purpose 128 mm guns that were under development in the mid-1940s. After the end of World War II, the ship could have been transferred to the Netherlands to compensate for the losses of their cruiser forces.
