The French tech-tree tier X cruiser, a mobile gunnery ship with 240 mm guns and 3 charges each of Engine Accelerator III and Rapid Reload III. Despite its size, acceleration is a quick 12.19 s, and its specialty is dodging shells with sudden stops and bursts of speed. With Engine Accelerator active, top speed rises to about 40 kn, making both chasing and disengaging easy. Its normal DPM is below average, but during the 15 s of Rapid Reload it unloads nine 240 mm guns for a big burst. Range is a long 13.44 km, but its high-arc shells take practice to land at long range, and AA 31% below average leaves it weak to carriers.
