A balanced Soviet destroyer with both guns and torpedoes. Patch 9.3 cut the reload of its six 130 mm guns from 4.4 to 4 s, bringing HE DPM to 41,400, about average, though 6 km dispersion of about 128 m is still on the wide side. In exchange, laying its 3 smoke charges and using islands lets it provide steady fire support, and its 9 km torpedoes outrange its 6.78 km detectability by 2.22 km, useful for pressuring large ships. Patch 9.3 also raised torpedo damage (3,400 to 3,600), flooding chance (15% to 17%), and AA damage. With neither Rapid Reload nor a spotting skill it tends to lose close-range fights, so against gunboat destroyers and cruisers it should open the distance and use smoke to win damage trades. It has a 38.6 kn top speed and Engine Boost II, but 11.26 s acceleration is sluggish.
