A British premium cruiser firing six 356 mm guns every 8.4 s; its large caliber for a cruiser allows up to 23,595 in one salvo on paper when hits land on the citadel. DPM is around the tier X cruiser average, but a theoretical 4.25 HE fires per minute, 17% above average, lets it pressure battleships too. Its key tool is 4 charges of single-puff smoke, which deploys in 5 s and lasts 16 s, letting it break line of sight and hide whenever trouble comes. 2 charges of Sonar II guard against close-range torpedoes and enemies in smoke. However, its 32.8 kn top speed is not fast and armor is ordinary, so when exposed without smoke it is weak to battleship fire.
