Three charges of Engine Accelerator III let it reposition quickly, and short 10.2 km detectability lets it choose its engagement range. Its nine 457 mm guns have ~266 m dispersion at 12 km, 20% tighter than average, and Precise Aiming System I has 3 charges, so it can go for up to 62,073 citadel damage on broadside targets. It loses the original's Air Defense Alert, but per the wiki makes up for survivability with the Black-ship Repair Kit. Its torpedoes reach only 8.4 km, shorter than its detectability, so they are only useful at close range.
