The Black version of Nebraska, a hybrid battleship with its six 406 mm guns concentrated forward. Main battery DPM of 34,525 is 26% below average, so its gunnery alone has little presence, but it launches bombers every 60 s, more often than the original (94 s), to spot enemies behind islands and hit targets beyond gun range. The strike has 10 bombs that rarely all hit, so treat it as supplementary damage. AA 49% above average plus Air Defense Alert I make it strong against carriers, and Rapid Reload II (rate of fire +43%) shores up burst firepower. Four Damage Control charges and 60,023 durability also give it decent staying power.

In the process of designing the North Carolina-class battleships, the "F project" was developed—a combination of a battleship and aircraft carrier. However, the preliminary design didn't include a flight deck: the aircraft were supposed to be launched by catapults, and the air group was extremely small. If necessary, the project could have been reworked as a full-fledged hybrid battleship-carrier with the hangar transferred to the stern and a flight deck installed.
