A Pan-Asian cruiser variant of Jinan whose 95,600 torpedo salvo is, on paper, well over double the tier X cruiser average. Its 10.2 km torpedoes outrange its 8.88 km detectability by 1.32 km, allowing undetected torpedo attacks, and 3 charges of Torpedo Reload II instantly refill the tubes for back-to-back strikes. Ten 127 mm guns firing every 3.7 s put HE DPM 33% above average, useful for pressuring destroyers too. 3 charges of Fuel Smoke II plus agile 11.56 s acceleration and a 7.2 s rudder shift suit hit-and-run play, but HP is low at 29,349, so it can't survive focus fire.
