A variant of Hakuryū with identical aircraft and hull stats. Its torpedo potential is 36% above the tier-X carrier average, making it a major threat to both destroyers and large ships. Bombing potential, however, is 51% below average, so its bombers serve mostly as scouts and decoys. At 40,688 effective HP the hull is weak for a carrier, leaving it vulnerable to enemy carrier harassment or flanking surface ships. Use its 177 kn aircraft speed for fast, torpedo-focused hit-and-run attacks.
