The Black version of Colombo, firing all sixteen 381 mm guns at once: salvo damage is 40% above average, and a citadel hit can deal up to 72,600 on paper. The trade-off is a long 30.0 s reload and wide ~393 m dispersion at 12 km, so luck weighs on every shell. It swaps the original's Scout Plane for Precise Aiming System II, but the reload outlasts the 20 s duration, so each activation effectively covers only one salvo. Fuel Smoke III gets 3 charges, one more than the original, which together with 11.16 km detectability makes hit-and-run play easier. With a short 13.92 km range and no Scout Plane, though, fighting at extended range is hard.
