A variant of Attilio Regolo with the same hull and torpedoes but a very different skill loadout. Sonar II (4.5 km, 25 s) catches destroyers in smoke and incoming torpedoes, and three charges of Rapid Reload II raise reload speed by 30%, making it strong in close-range gunfights. Its main battery is HE-focused, so DPM is 42,448, lower than the original, but it builds damage through fires. Its 10.8 km torpedoes still outrange its 7.2 km detectability by 3.6 km for good stealth torpedo attacks. However, with only 2 Fuel Smoke charges it has fewer escape tools than the original, and AA is 59% below average.
