An American premium cruiser with rapid-fire 127 mm guns and 4 charges of Rapid Reload IV, with a theoretical SAP DPM of 69,156, slightly above average. During the 10 s Rapid Reload window it pours out shells, specializing in close-range assassinations that erase destroyers and light cruisers in moments. 7.8 km detectability is destroyer-level, it can fire its 9 km torpedoes undetected, and Sonar I and Air Defense Alert IV help counter close-range torpedoes and carriers. On the other hand, it has only 28,319 effective HP and high-arc shells that shorten its practical range, so a single battleship salvo can badly stagger it.
