A Japanese premium tier VIII torpedo destroyer based on Kagero with Fuel Smoke added. Its short 5.94 km detectability and 9.3 km torpedo range let it launch unseen with a 3.36 km margin. Its torpedo salvo is 43% above the tier VIII destroyer average, so torpedoes laid across capital ships' paths are a big threat. Fuel Smoke I ×2 hides the ship even at full speed but clears quickly, so it suits escaping once spotted. Its six 127 mm guns have a short 7.86 km range, so it is better to avoid gunfights.
