An Italian premium ship that scales a tier-IV cruiser hull up into a tier-X destroyer, firing sixteen 90 mm single-mount guns every 2.7 s for 77,511 main battery DPM. That firepower is nearly unmatched among destroyers, and 34,498 effective HP is high for a destroyer. However, the small caliber has weak penetration, and 8.09 km range with sluggish 16.45 s acceleration make it hard to find positions to sustain fire. The large hull is easy to hit and its 6.84 km detectability is ordinary. Its theoretical firepower is top-class, but smoke and mobility can't back it up, so it is rated poorly in practice.

It involved replacing all eight 152 mm main guns with sixteen state-of-the-art 90 mm dual-purpose gun mounts.
