A Soviet premium cruiser from the Moskva family, built around nine 220 mm AP guns and a long 13.86 km range. However, its 11.0 s reload leaves AP DPM 22% below the tier-X cruiser average, so it is better at picking off broadside targets from long range than at head-on gunfights. With 10.98 km detectability and a heavy 22.37 s acceleration, it struggles to escape once spotted. Compared to Moskva it has 0.24 km more range and 0.12 km less detectability, but lower HP and a reload 2 s slower than Moskva's (9 s since 9.4). AA is also 33% below average, making carriers a serious problem.
