Its AP salvo of 21,528 is 34% above average, and with a 26.0 s reload it fires 3 s faster than Kansas, another twelve-gun ship. However, dispersion at 12 km is 13% wider than average, so at long range it relies on luck. Fairly thin armor makes it fragile, and with 12.36 km detectability and 18.0 s steering it is spotted first and dodges poorly. AA is 14% above average.

After her guns were destroyed to prevent their capture, U.S. forces secured the hull.
