Its five 128 mm guns fire every 4.5 s with an AP salvo 13% above average, and its destroyer-calibre AP with 145 mm penetration rarely overpenetrates destroyers, making it good against enemy destroyers found with Sonar I. Its 22,345 effective HP, 10% above average, lets it hold out in cap fights. On the other hand, HE DPM is 30% below average, so fire pressure on big ships is weak, and its torpedo salvo is 44% below average, so even a second spread from Torpedo Reload I rarely lands a decisive blow.
