A Dutch premium cruiser released with the May 2026 Blitz Pass, built more like a large destroyer with a citadel than a cruiser. It fires eight 120 mm guns every 4.5 s and dispersion at 8.5 km is about 156 m, 30% tighter than average, but its 8.5 km range is destroyer-level and its salvo is around 50% smaller than average. Its 7.56 km detectability, Smoke Generator II ×2 and AA 66% above average give it decent survivability. According to the wiki, its airstrike launches in two flights, but using it reveals the ship, so it leans heavily on smoke and can do very little when the enemy has radar cruisers.
