Roma's Italian sister ship, but with Fuel Smoke II and Scout Plane I instead of Precise Aiming System and Rapid Reload. Its 381 mm SAP has no overpenetration and deals heavy direct damage to destroyer and light cruiser plating; by calculation it chews through a tier VIII destroyer's HP in about 2 min 30 s. Its AP penetration (413.89 mm) rivals 16-inch battleships, so it uses AP on big ships. Detectability is 10.2 km, 0.94 km shorter than average, and torpedo protection is a high 27%. However, with a 23.0 s reload and fairly wide dispersion, pushing forward like Roma leaves it short of firepower under focus fire.
