Durable cruiser, suited to DD hunting and light-armor shredding. Top speed of 34.2 kn is high, but sluggish rudder and acceleration make sudden dodges hard. Its SAP salvo of 7,912 is 46% above average for big single hits. SAP deals heavy direct damage to destroyers, light cruisers and superstructures with no overpens, but it cannot start fires or damage armor thicker than its penetration. Key skills: Fuel Smoke I ×2 (9 s deploy, 3 s linger). Fuel smoke hides it even at full speed for hit-and-run play, but it clears quickly.
