Rating A+ (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 75) · Đội ngũ Tuần dương hạm
Gunnery cruiser, suited to tanking. 38,291 effective HP and good protection keep it alive, but big guns overmatch its ends, so be careful tanking bow-in. Its AP salvo of 9,200 is 31% above average, so every volley hits hard. Key skills: Engine Accelerator II ×3 (top speed +12%, 25 s); Rapid Reload II ×3 (main battery reload time −30% (shots per minute +43%), 20 s); Air Defense Alert I ×2. Detectability of 9.3 km is 1.18 km above average, so it gets spotted early; move behind islands.
