A Soviet tech-tree battleship bridging Vladivostok and Kremlin, built around tanking. It has 71,232 durability and thick armor, and four Damage Control Party charges plus high fire/flooding resistance blunt damage over time. Its nine 406 mm guns fire an 18,585 salvo, 5% above average, but with sigma 1 and dispersion 6% wider than average it must pick its moments with Precise Aiming System III (accuracy +82%). A fast 6°/s turret traverse tracks enemies slipping past up close. However, a 26.69 kn top speed and 31.17 s acceleration make it very sluggish, and at 12.42 km detectability it is spotted first.
