Bảng VII Tuần dương hạm · U.S.S.R.
Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 16) · Tương đương Tuần dương hạm
Balanced cruiser, suited to fire pressure and DD hunting. Top speed of 35.4 kn is high, but sluggish rudder and acceleration make sudden dodges hard. High HE fire potential (4.0 fires/min before hit rate and resistance). Key skills: Precise Aiming System I ×2 (main battery accuracy +25% (dispersion −25%), 20 s); Air Defense Alert I ×2. Detectability of 9.24 km is 1.12 km above average, so it gets spotted early; move behind islands. Its weak detectability (9.24 km) drops to 8.22 km with a stealth/mobility equipment build (at −5% HP).
