Rapid Reload II lets it fire three salvos in 20 s, but its 10,384 salvo is 41% below average and the small caliber often ricochets off angled battleships. In return, 2.41 fires/min (+13% vs average) and 57,436 secondary DPM (+67%, 8.64 km range) pressure cruisers and destroyers well. Wing Strike II (+40% damage and +15% penetration against enemies showing their side) and Engine Accelerator II, three charges each, reward maneuvering onto the flank. At 58,861 durability it is not especially tough.
