A 32.8 kn top speed with 12.63 s acceleration and 7.5°/s turning gives it good mobility for a cruiser, and three charges of Engine Boost III (top speed +16%) make it easy to pick a favorable range or disengage. AP DPM at the base 10.5 s reload is 49,427, 11% below average, but Rapid Reload, upgraded to level III by a patch, doubles reload speed for 15 s, letting it unload on a broadside cruiser in a short window. On the other hand, it has no smoke, radar or sonar and AA is 31% below average, so once spotted it has nothing but speed to rely on.
