AP DPM of 62,291 is 12% above average, and three charges of Precise Aiming System II (accuracy +54%) help its AP land well on broadside cruisers. Three charges of 4.5 km Sonar II also make it good at finding destroyers and torpedoes. However, according to the wiki its turrets are laid out one forward and two aft, so few guns bear when fighting bow-on, acceleration is a very sluggish 21.74 s, and the long hull makes hit-and-run play difficult. AA is 34% below average, and its short 5.4 km torpedoes can only be used after closing well inside its 9.48 km detectability.
