A US premium heavy cruiser with three triple 203 mm turrets whose biggest asset is three charges of Smoke Generator II. A 28 s smoke screen breaks line of sight whenever things go wrong, and two charges of Sonar I catch approaching destroyers and torpedoes early, so it survives a long time. It lacks Rapid Reload and its 8.2 s reload is on the slow side, but sigma 2 and dispersion of about 204 m at 10 km, 12% tighter than average, let it land accurate AP from smoke. 8.7 km detectability keeps it hidden and AA is 13% above average. However, 14.7 s acceleration and 6.2°/s turning are sluggish and range is 11.88 km, so a badly placed smoke screen is hard to escape.
