Mục IX Tuần dương hạm · U.S.S.R.
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 13) · Tương đương Tuần dương hạm
A Soviet tech-tree cruiser with nine 220 mm guns that fights mainly with AP rather than HE. Its 9,558 AP salvo is 7% above average and 344 mm penetration punches through cruiser sides well, but a 12.5 s reload and dispersion 16% wider than average put DPM 16% below average. In return, thick bow and stern armor blocks a good share of cruiser shells when angled, and its 130 mm secondaries bring eight guns to bear per side to keep destroyers off up close. However, 24.43 s acceleration and a 12.3 s rudder make it battleship-sluggish, and 10.38 km detectability gets it spotted first.
