A Blitz Pass battleship based on Richelieu with reworked guns. The reload is 2 s faster than the original at 19.0 s, raising AP DPM to 44,109, 13% above the original (39,109), and Precise Aiming System I plus Scout Plane II (range +16%, about 16.2 km) make long-range sniping easier. With forward-concentrated turrets, 57,334 durability and 19.5% torpedo protection, it still tanks bow-on just as well. In exchange, steering is slightly slower than the original and AA is lower. Being AP-focused, its 380 mm AP mostly overpenetrates destroyers, and its secondaries are 56% below average.

The Richelieu class was the French response to the Italian Littorio class. The final project was essentially an enlarged variant of Dunkerque with improved AA defenses. While still under construction, Richelieu was evacuated to Africa, but the ship served in World War II at a later stage. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
