A Soviet cruiser derived from tier IX Dmitri Donskoi with one turret removed; its core is nine 180 mm guns with a 12.84 km range, among the longest of tier VIII cruisers, and about 208 m dispersion at 10 km (7% tighter than average). Mixing 3 charges of Precise Aiming System II with 4 of Rapid Reload I lets it keep landing hits and stacking damage even at long range, and AP citadel hits deal up to 15,300 damage. In exchange, 9.66 km detectability, 5.6°/s turning, and 19.55 s acceleration make it sluggish, its large hull is hard to save once targeted, and it has no smoke. Its 180 mm AP tends to overpenetrate destroyers, so use HE against them.
