Rating S- (Near elite within its tier and class · overall score 84) · Ngư lôi-bombing máy bay
A Soviet tech-tree tier VIII carrier that fights only with bombers and torpedo bombers and has no fighters; its bombing potential is 88% and torpedo potential 57% above the tier VIII carrier average, giving it top-end firepower at tier VIII. According to the wiki, its large aircraft reserve and unique specialty let it keep pushing even after losing a flight. However, its aircraft are slow at 159.85 kn and its three flights are hard to manage, so it is strongest against battleships and cruisers rather than small destroyers. Without fighters it cannot help with air control, and the ship's AA is 11% below average.
