An Italian premium destroyer that bets everything on torpedo rushes rather than its guns. Its torpedo salvo is 39% above average and can sink even a battleship if all hit, but at only 4.8 km range it must push 2.7 km inside its 7.5 km detectability while spotted. The key is closing in instantly with a 42.4 kn top speed, four charges of Engine Boost IV (+20% speed and turning) and four of Fuel Smoke I. Its 135 mm SAP hits hard at 4,626 per salvo, but an 8.0 s reload and 7.86 km range make the guns a backup tool. effective HP of 22,870 is above average, yet torpedo DPM is 19% below average, so each launch means a long wait. A failed rush, or a carrier match with AA 66% below average, leaves it struggling badly.
