A Pan-European destroyer that trades smoke for radar and fights at range with accurate rapid-fire guns. Its four 120 mm guns fire every 2.5 s with about 93 m dispersion at 6 km, 18% tighter than average, and a long 9.18 km range, so it keeps landing hits from afar on destroyers exposed by Radar II (8.1 km, 10 s). Four Repair Kits restore up to 67% of its HP, its small hull takes fewer hits, and its AA of 548 is 113% above average. However, it has no smoke at all, so once spotted its only escape is opening distance with Engine Boost II. Its torpedo salvo is 45% below average, but at 86.18 kn the torpedoes are very fast and useful for harassment.
