An American heavy cruiser with nine 203 mm guns; dispersion at 10 km is about 199 m, 11% tighter than average, and Precise Aiming System II adds 54% more accuracy for 20 s. Its AP salvos are 15% stronger than average, threatening up to 16,146 damage on citadel hits against broadside cruisers. A 6.3 s rudder shift lets it change direction quickly, and AA 26% above average helps it hold up against carriers. However, with no smoke, Radar, Sonar, or torpedoes, evasive maneuvering is its only emergency tool. HE fire output is 18% below average, so its pressure on battleships is weak.

The Oregon City is the lead ship of the Oregon-class heavy cruisers. It is equipped with the same type of main guns as the Baltimore class and a single funnel, replacing Baltimore's two funnels and making the AA gun firing arcs wider.
