The starting point of the Soviet torpedo destroyer line. With 6.0 km detectability and 7.8 km torpedoes it can launch undetected, and its 35,400 torpedo salvo is 24% above average. Two Smoke Generator charges and three of Engine Boost II make it easy to hold behind smoke or reposition quickly, and its 8.82 km gun range allows long-range harassment. However, its four 130 mm guns reload in 4.6 s for only 23,374 DPM, making it weak in gunfights, and with no detection tool such as Radar or Sonar it struggles to take control of cap fights. Its hull is large and acceleration is a slow 11.96 s, so shells are hard to dodge once spotted.
