With a 21 s reload its main battery DPM is 9% above average, and sigma 2 keeps shells grouped fairly well even near max range. Range is 13.98 km, and three charges of Rapid Reload I raise its firepower in gunfights. AA is 33% above average, fending off most carrier attacks. However, the high arc makes shells feel slow, its armor is weaker than same-tier battleships, and a 16.8 s rudder is sluggish, so it is at a disadvantage in close brawls.
