A Soviet premium destroyer that looks like a tier-IX Grozovoi with a rich skill set: three charges each of Smoke Generator II, Sonar I and Engine Boost II, plus four Repair Kits restoring up to 67% HP. With 22,430 effective HP, about 10% above average, it is durable. The problem is the guns: four 130 mm guns on a 3.7 s reload leave HE DPM 10% below average, so it loses head-on fights with gunboat destroyers and cruisers. Its real damage comes from 8.4 km torpedoes with a salvo 23% above average, outranging its 6.18 km detectability by 2.22 km. Its 130 mm AP works on destroyers, enough to finish weak ones found with Sonar, but 10.94 s acceleration and an 8.2°/s turn rate make it sluggish, so plan turns early.
