A Soviet premium battleship pairing twelve 406 mm guns with Precise Aiming System III, delivering firepower near the top of tier IX. Its salvo of 22,944 is 29% above average, and three charges of Precise Aiming System III (+82% accuracy for 20 s) sharply tighten its base dispersion of about 326 m at 12 km, so it takes huge chunks out of battleships and even cruisers at long range. Four Damage Control Party charges and high fire and flooding resistance make it resilient against damage over time, and per the wiki its 80 mm bow and stern resist cruiser AP. However, 28.5 kn and 12.18 km detectability make its mobility and concealment ordinary, and the 24 s reload makes every salvo count.

In February 1914, work on a new battleship design commenced, the primary focus being to arrange 406 mm guns in quadruple-gun turrets. The secondary battery comprised 130 mm guns produced by the Obukhov factory, while the main turrets were positioned along the ship's centerline. Because of the outbreak of World War I, no ships of this design were laid down. (Premium ships are fully upgraded by default)
