A Japanese cruiser with fifteen 155 mm guns; its HE salvo is 44% stronger than average and HE DPM 41% higher, so it is good at pressuring battleships with fires and direct hits. At 155 mm its AP also rarely overpenetrates destroyers, and it takes a same-tier destroyer's HP in about 142 s on paper. With 8.22 km detectability and 8.4 km torpedoes it can torpedo unspotted, and according to the wiki it can bring many guns to bear even while bow-on, making it strong in head-on fights. On the other hand, range is a short 10.8 km, AA is 42% below average, and weak armor and torpedo protection mean one mistake costs it dearly.
